Carving new pathways - Heal 2024 Delhi Chapter

As part of the social health commitment project of Emperor Emmanuel Church, "Heal 2024 - Delhi Chapter" was organized with various programs at NIV Art Studio, Neb Sarai, New Delhi, on May 5, 2024. The main attraction of the event was the lecture by Dr. Joseph Willy, followed by a discussion, introducing psychological support systems that stabilize and heal minds suffering from mental exhaustion, addiction, and depression, seeking refuge in suicides amidst financial and social insecurities.

It introduced simple mental exercises that help alleviate individuals' mental stress. Additionally, safety measures to counteract the physical effects of the frequent, uncontrolled rise in atmospheric temperatures in Delhi were discussed. Insulated water jars were distributed by volunteers for the economically disadvantaged sections to store and use clean water safely.
